Hello everyone,
This is my first time posting here, but I'm a long time reader of these forums. I have learned a ton here over the years! One thing that eludes me, though, is info on installing Dimarzio's ep1111 in a les paul.
I have an Epiphone Les Paul and very soon plan to install a set of Seymour Duncans, JB and Jazz, and the Dimarzio 3-way 4PDT toggle switch. I like the idea of this switch because it allows me to split the humbuckers in the middle position to get a Strat like tone.
However, every wiring diagram I find isn't for a guitar with 2 volumes and 2 tones. On Dimarzio's website the wiring diagrams are under JPM method wiring, but none of those have 2vol 2tone diagrams.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am pretty new to soldering and wiring, and would be lost without a detailed diagram. I'm sure I could take it somewhere and have someone else do it, but I like learning and being able to do it myself. Thanks.
