  • Looking for a looper pedal

So looking for my first looper pedal. I see there are plenty of newer brands out there for about $50 but the reviews on quality seem so iffy. Anyone have one they want to sell that is easy to use ?

    Thanks.

I had a Trio and Ditto. I found the Ditto to be the easiest to use.

I've used loopers since the 80s. What do you want to do with it?

Just playing guitar by myself. Bass line, strumming, then leads and then watch my family’s minds explode!!!!!!

Any basic looper will do that. The Digitech Jamman Express is a good start. Thing is with some of them, like the basic Ditto and some of the Boss ones, is that you have to press and hold to clear the loop, which means the first second or so of the loop plays while it figures out you are erasing it. Not a big deal to some, but I found it annoying.

Found mine - a Donner. Like usual, now that I dug it out I want to goof with it but didn’t want to leave you hanging.

Lots of similar out there tho. These things are cheap - $30 to $50

No worries. I might just get one of those lekato ones. They look interesting.

How do you like it? I just pulled the trigger on one while drunk shopping Amazon.

Haven’t received it yet. Will see when it arrives. I read a review that someone had theirs break and they were sent a new one so that at least is reassuring.
