I have a SD Quarter Pound SSL-4 wanting to put it between two humbuckers in my Superstrat build. Already South-to-Strings, I just need it RW. According to SD's doc, I can just switch the black and white lead when wiring. Would that effectively give me a RWRP?

If it is already reverse polarity in relation to your other pickups, yes you can just switch the black and white wires.
