Def has some sweet tone....pretty sure I'd enjoy plugging into that

And Patrick, yes, the amp sounds great, of course having Doug Rappoport demo anything makes it sound good. Of course it's a $3k amp, lots of nice amps if you have that kind of $ (or Euros) to spend.

Re: Amp for British sound! BRBS 100 Deluxe
I liked the clean tones. Piano like.
The overdriven tones sounded good, if that's what you want to sound like, but not much different than a jillion other modern amps.
These days I set my AC-30 or Blackstar Artisan 30 for similar clean tones and then use my Klon or Dover Drive for overdriven tones.

The BRBS 100 Deluxe has a modern overdrive like many other amps, but it also has the clean "piano like" without the limitations of the watts that perhaps can often be few for adequate cleaning (for example the limit of the AC30) and with distorted which have an excellent yield even with volume at 0.1. You also have the possibility, however, to do everything (if desired) even at 30 or 50 watts, and to have a wide choice of aesthetic finishes and sounds at the same (approximately) prices.
this is just my opinion, it's a personal taste obviously ....
