    I did
the tops of the frets have a school bus shape

the action is good and low

looks like a 12 inch radius

what do you want to go on in the photos?

One of the guitars had a professional level and dress in 2002.
One of the guitars is a 2004 Epi Les Paul Custom.
One of the guitars has just been Plek'd.

One of the above-mentioned guitars had an issue from manufacture, where the frets were pressed in with the wrong radius caul.

    middle and bottom do
I assumed they were different angles of the same guitar
thus I thought the angle of the first image may have been hiding it

    the middle for sure

    and most likely the bottom

    not sure about the top
again it may just be the way the image is framed

    this I found online

None of mine have the hard shoulders of these frets here.

The top is the Epi Les Paul Custom.

The middle is the recently Plek'd Epiphone Les Paul Special.

The bottom is the Ibanez RG270DX that had the frets installed incorrectly at the factory but which got a level and dress from a well-regarded Luther.

I wish I could get a close-up picture to focus.

    I understand
    But still
Do you have trouble bending on either of the other guitars?

    Only on the plekd one?

Polish the top of a fret
Then try bending at that fret

    See if that helps

What would be the most ideal thing to use to polish these frets?

    I have these things:

    https://www.stewmac.com/luthier-tool...t-erasers.html

    https://www.stewmac.com/luthier-tool...ng-papers.html

And if I have to take it to a Luther, which one has the skills to do what my guitar needs?

I'd just like to say that I've ordered two macro lens kits from Amazon.

if you have both of the Stewmac kits on hand
I would say use the cloth one first
as it looks like it would leave less mess
for the babies to clean up

only do one first before taking the strings off
    just see if it helps

    and all those luthiers look
    well...

This was my Panasonic DMC-LS80. It was an $100 camera fifteen years ago or so.

My Gibson plays just fine with them

    Did you try polish?

    Did it help?

I haven’t tried the polishing yet. How do I avoid flattening the frets with the abrasive papers?

Sand them for 18 days straight.
