    I think there is a whole pedalboard worth of joke Boss pedals out there. But version 2 of this pedal is better...they got rid of the 'myself' jack.

      I like the jokes and the real PH-3!

      No scoop or suck if you use an eq after it and switch them on together through an LS-2 patch.
      Makes for a great one-touch lead mid-boost/modulation. (through patch with eq mids pushed)

      edit; by itself the scoop/suck is most in 2-stage, and less as stages are added. (to my ears anyways)
      Play around with step mode controls for some insane clean/light-gain madness.
      Great pedal that gets a bad rap,,,,,, mostly because it's digital IMO.


      "Diversion" modes are the best part of that blame shifter. lol

            I think the second output should have a switch for "bassist" and "drummer"

              The tricky part with that pedal is convincing the other guy to plug his 1/4 inch jack in. It's always a big argument.
