    A high gain preamp distortion won’t require early breakup like say, a Fender-y bluesy type tone would at a lower volume.

      I also think that the T75 / V30 combination is one of the best out there. They compliment each other very well.
      I put that combo in every cab.

          It's a great mix. I had the x-pattern in my old 1960b cab. You still mostly hear the V but the T adds some balls and hair to the edges of the spectrum.
          The K/V mix steps it up yet another notch. The K adds a cleaner grunting quality along with the bottom and edge of the t75, plus it's just as loud as the V.
