Anybody know which 2x12 combo it is that Daron Malakian of SOAD has been using live? Whatever it is it sounds really cool... good cleans, pretty great distortion.

He's using a /13 ERT 33 with two /13 212's for the clean tones, Modded Marshall Super Leads (new ones..) for the OD tones live.Originally posted by Metalman_666

There was some debate on whether or not the 1x12s are /13's or not.....I saw system live a few days ago. He's got a fulltone clyde wah and a mesa foot controller on stage, thats it. I'm also fairly sure the unknown amps on top of the marshall cabs are just 1x12" cabs, but I could be wrong.

Unfortunately he only ever uses one or at the most 2 amps live. It used to be just Mesa Rectos now it's apparently /13's and Marshall Super Lead Plexis.
