Somebody help me out with the Krystal recording software

I'm in some deep poo with this. I can figure out how to record, but thats it. I dont know how to mix it, or save it so that I can post it on the forum. Can anyone help me with this? Keep in mind I'm the most computer illiterate persone you'll ever meet, so you'll have to talk me through it step by step. Thanks guys.

when you open the program, up on top click Help, and it will go to the reference manual on their homepage. I saw on the left under key commands where F3 is for mixer and CTRL+Shift+S is Save as. I downloaded the program myself but have yet to try it out, laziness I guess.
