hey every1. need some advice, 411.
there r 2 mim fender stra floyd rose models n my local craigs list.
1 is a 04 w/ larger headstock & gold logo, the other is a 08-09 w/ small headstock & silver logo.
which 1 is better model, better value, better parts.

I don't know if there is going to be a huge quality difference between the two really. I would just make arrangement to see both in person and see how they feel. If that is not possible just pick the one that looks best to you and seems to be in the best condition.

I personally like the silver one better, but I like the smaller pre-CBS headstock.

Both have POS Floyds.....
Never sat up a MIM that was worth much with a Floyd, always too soft in the steel....always too much work, dig up something with either a real 80's Floyd, or get a unit with a new High Stability Gotoh Floyd...
Most of the modern floyds are simply too soft these days!
