1 humbucker 1 push-pull pot

Is it possible to emulate a neck pickup like the Edquire used to to but without a tone pot? What are my options?

This diagram is doing something similar to the Esquire diagram. You would just need to switch out the two capacitors to the same value as the Esquire diagram in the URL or stay with the values in the diagram to get the Arlo cocked-wah sound.
