I have to say, these old Starfire pickups sound killer. Closest thing to a good old PAF that I have ever heard and that's including the new reissue stuff. On my analog meter, it shows about 8ohms. There is a heavy lead about 12" long on it
I believe the pickup ring is also original Guild issue, see the images, it comes free with the pickup. This came out of a smashed 1973 Starfire IV
Cover has a small dent that can be smoothed out if so desired, cover could use a buff/polish
Or if you have an old Starfire and need a hot pup for it, here you go
