I am selling my near mint condition black tolex Mesa Boogie Mk IV combo amp. I'm fanatic about taking care of my stuff and this amp looks and sounds almost like the day I brought it home new in 1992 (recently re-tubed with JJ power tubes). Everything works perfectly.
I'm selling it because honestly, it's way more amp than I need these days. Kinda like owning a formula I race car that you only drive to the grocery store on weekends.
Guitar Player Magazine called it the ultimate combo amp in their initial review of this model and if you are familiar with this amp you know what I'm talking about. If you aren't familiar with all the features and sound you owe it to yourself to go to the Mesa Boogie website or read the numerous reviews to be found on the web, there are way too many features to list here.
The only change I made to the amp was to swap out the stock speaker with a Weber Blue Dog. Other than that, it has the casters (this thing is HEAVY) and footswitch. I'll email photos showing the amp from different angles if you are interested.
