USA craftsmanship at its best!!

For your viewing pleasure, a 1999 HAMER Vanguard!   All solid mahogany semi hollow with P-90s!

Its finished in a silver sparkle, front, back and sides.

Its all factory stock...Seymour Duncan pickups, Grover tuners, Schaller bridge and tailpiece.   Beautiful rosewood fretboard with mother of pearl dots.  The neck is a medium C and strait as an arrow.  Its easy on the back at only 7.5 lbs.  Very well balanced.

This HAMER has a warm, fat tone from these P-90s!   Just enough growl to rock out, also creamy neck tone.

There are 2 minor blems on the guitar...(see pics)

No cracks, breaks, repairs, buckle rash....nadda....for 18 yrs old it is in excellent condition!!!

The frets show very minor wear.   Non original hard case included.

Fresh setup with a new set of 10s....low action!!!

This is a wonderfully USA made semi that wont break the bank!!!

Be still my heart! While I'm not crazy about the color, I'd grab that beauty in a heartbeat. Hamer guitars of this ilk are (at least to me) special. The quality of materials used is only exceeded by Hamer's incredible attention to detail. Personally, an instrument that is set up properly, feels good in my hands and responds to various playing dynamics is a good thing. When that instrument also happens to exude tones so sweet and thick, (like it's been laced with soulful, smoky, sweet and spicy sauce that's been steeped in the blues ala Freddie King and braised low and slow with aspects of Leslie west, Martin Barre. I can picture myself getting lost in while basking in the beautiful tones an instrument of this quality provides.

Even though I've never played it, I believe someone is going to get an incredible guitar. Good luck with the sale.....so sorry you have to sell it.
