1H, 1S, 1Vol, 1Tone, 3 way toggle, push-pull coil tap on Tone

Can anyone help me with a wiring diagram? I've looked and looked, but can't seem to find what I'm looking for:

1 Humbucker in Bridge position (4 conductor)
1 Single coil in Neck position
3 way toggle switch (N/both/Br)
1 Volume Pot
1 Tone Pot with Push-Pull for Coil cut of Humbucker

It's for a Charvel Surfcaster that I just acquired and the previous owner did some wacky things with the wiring.

Also, should the Tone Pot be 250K or 500K?

Tone pots are usually 250K, but really it's whatever you prefer.

And wire the humbucker like this:

But instead of the black going to the pot, it should go to the 3-way.

Thanks for posting - Yeah, I saw this, but I want to have the coil split push/pull on the tone and where does the single go? Sorry if this is really remedial.
