I recently refinished and wired up a Harmony strat copy with a pair of HB's and used the stock 5 way switch. Right now I have them wired up at the bridge and neck positions of the strat, which means nothing in the middle position, and the same tones at positions 2 and 4. I was thinking about wiring some capacitors or a cap and resistor in parallel between the end and middle lugs so the 2 and 4 positions have one pickup full on, the other going through the high pass, and middle position with both going through the high pass.
Bridge pickup is an Epi 13.5K hot bridge; neck is a ~7.8K, probably a stock neck from an Austin.
What R and C values would work well for that kind of blending in parallel?
