looking to wire 2 humbuckers with a 5 way switch
wanting:
Bridge series
Bridge screw single coil (it uses hex screws, just naming it for reference)
Bridge slug single coil (it uses hex screws, just naming it for reference)
Bridge + neck inner coils, or?
Neck series
Using Dimarzio evolutions
The coils on the evo's bridge are different winds
screw 7.80
slug 5.86
series 13.44
I have the bridge pickup in the guitar, using a 3 way for series and both splits
Position 1 Screw coil
Position 2 Series
Position 3 Slug coil
Wanting to reinstall the neck pickup now and use a 5 way if i can keep the bridge pickup in series and both splits

Have you considered SD Triple Shots for each pup? They are custom pup mounting rings that have sliders so for each pup you can choose either of the two coils, or the two coils in series or the two coils in parallel.

Re: 2 humbucker 5 way sw wiring

That would do it, except I am using a guitar with no rings or pickgaurd.
It is an Ibanez Premium 920 Quilt top

ah, I see. I am not sure that there is any 5 way switch other than Superswitch that can do all that you want, but hopefully someone more knowlegeable about switch types and capabilities will chime in soon.

I think it would be this...

I would test it with temporary alligator clip wires first to be sure, before soldering it together.
