The reason why you have not found a schematic diagram for your proposed wiring is because demand for the idea would be virtually nil.
Consider how the three terminals on a pot are used in Volume and Tone applications, respectively. Volume requires input, output and ground. Tone requires input and ground. Its third terminal is not used.
The DPDT on/on switch that usually appears on a push-pull pot is not going to be able to handle all of the necessary switching.
One idea that I have made work was a push-pull volume pot on which the out position of the switch activated a passive treble cut circuit. (AKA "woman tone".) This added some tonal variety on my Seymourised PRS SE One.
