2-pole 5-way switch and double humbuckers?

So, it seems like the search (and apparently the post editor) is broken and nobody on other sites seems to be on the ball like you guys... So I figured I'd actually post instead of lurking like I have been.

So I've got this bad boy:

It's an Oak Grigsby 51720 2-pole 5-way superswitch. My brain seems to be connected to the search here (working from remote ain't what it's cracked up to be!) and I can't wrap my head around how to wire it up.

So, I've got two four-conductor humbuckers, master volume and two tones (although part of me is thinking two volumes and a master tone might be fun).

What options do I have for wiring this and why can't I find any darn diagrams for this switch anywhere?

Just looking at it, you can see how the blades contact the lugs. In the photo you posted, the order is (left to right)

Common A

A.1
A.2
A.3
A.4
A.5

B.1
B.2
B.3
B.4
B.5

Common B

Oh, that part I got. LOL Sorry, I wasn't clear. My brain is fried from doing my school district IT job from home and basically working 8am to 10pm because distance learning is a pain.

What I'm looking for is some suggestions/diagrams for wiring this thing up with two humbuckers. I can find diagrams for the 4-pole 5-way switches all day long but nothing for the 2-pole.

Re: 2-pole 5-way switch and double humbuckers?

What do you want it to do besides B, B+N, N?

Unless somebody has some particularly cool thing that's different to do with it, I was thinking:

1. Bridge
2. Bridge coil cut
3. B+N with coils cut (outer coils)
4. Neck coil cut
5. Neck

Well, my blog about this has some pics missing, like many others, and man, search didn't work.
But mine keeps all positions hum-cancelling.
Neck
Inside Coils
Neck & Bridge
Outside Coils
Bridge

I have several guitars set up like this now.

Did the new website bork some assets?

Did you use a 2-pole switch in your setup?

Re: 2-pole 5-way switch and double humbuckers?

You might be able to do this? (Someone check my wiring here)

C - positive
1 - Bridge positive
2 - Bridge split wire
3 - Bridge split wire (jumper to 2)
4
5

1
2
3 - neck split wire (jumper to 4)
4 - neck split wire
5 - neck positive
C - positive

Down side is I believe your are restricted to splitting to the screw coil?

As is the norm, all my good thoughts come to me as I'm trying to fall asleep and that's pretty much what I was thinking. LOL

Thanks for the help. :)

As far as the screw coils... If these are a matched bridge and neck set (not Duncans, but BYOGuitar)... Would the polarity (as far as phase and RWRP) always skew towards the screw coil or whichever coil is going in the same direction? I'm fine with the bridge being the screw coil cuz I like a good bridge twang real close to the bridge.
