2-tone (Chrome and Gold) Knobs?

Does anyone know of any two-tone control knobs (i.e. gold and silver) aside from the plastic tophat style? Looking for more of a proper gold finish with chrome, not the dull gold-colored plastic.

Closest I've seen is Q-Parts. Maybe could ask if they could do a chrome insert? The only other way I've done it is mixing gold/chrome concentric knob parts.

You might be able to use flat-topped chrome hi-fi knobs and top them with gold mylar discs. Or vice versa.
