2 Wire pick up help

I have a set of Vintage Blues pick up's that are going into a Carvin CS4S with single tone and volume knobs, problem is the wiring diagram that I find is for 2 volumes and 2 tones. By looking at it I can't figure out how to set it up without the 4 pots. Anyone have the diagram for this or know how to set this up for 2 pots? Thanks much.

Something like this? http://www.seymourduncan.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/2H_3G_1V_1T.jpg Just don't worry about the white and red wires. The green wire in the schematic would be your shielding and the black wire would be your inner wire (which is also black). Hope this helps.
