Her Little Mojo Minion
For sale is my Gibson Les Paul Special, made in the Nashville, TN plant in 2002.
I got it in 2012 and have babied since then - kept in hardshell case, had it professionally set up, and had a tech replace a faulty pickup selector.
I played it now and then, thinking the set-up would make me gel with it a bit more, but it never really became one of my main players. It was my first Gibson ever and I almost chose to keep it, but alas we must part ways. Better get it now before I change my mind again, lol!
$480 shipped - payment via gift w/PayPal.
Feaures:
* 490R neck pickup and a 498T bridge pickup
* Contoured back for greater comfort
* Mahogany 1960s style slim-tapered set neck
* Rosewood fingerboard
* Mahogany body
* Chrome hardware
* Tune-O-Matic bridge
* Stopbar tailpiece
* 2 volume and 2 tone controls with 3-way switch
Comes with a non-Gibson hardshell case and will ship in an official Gibson cardboard box with appropriate packing materials.
There are a few minor scuffs and dings here and there, but nothing I'd call major. The most noticeable (to me) is a shallow scratch over the Gibson logo. The area below the strings and the back of the neck are a bit "shiny" from use, which is typical of this line. Some I've seen have had areas worn right through the paint, but mine doesn't have that going on.
