3 or 5 way selector with P Rails?

So I'd like to ask for some wiring advice for a Strat project I'm doing with a set of P Rails. Gonna use the Triple Shot handle all the various switching options with the pickups. So I'm mainly looking for info on the selector switch. Seems with the Triple Shot in place I only need a 3 Way switch right? for B-B/N-N selections.

Are there any cool options that could be easily tossed in with a 5 Way switch?

Not that I would ever consider doing. I would keep the 3 way for simplicity. Maybe a micro toggle switch for phase if you want.

If you wanted to cope with the wiring complexity, I could see using the extra 2 positions to give favorite settings. But that'd get into tapping the Triple Shots to bypass them just for those switches.

Could also use 1 for phase, and 1 for all off, I guess?

I'm with GutiarDoc, though, I'd just go for the 3 way plus a pull pot or microtoggle for phase.

With a superswitch, you could get a 5-way to do out of phase in (e.g) position 2, and series in position 4 - I did that with my Les Paul, but using a 3-way and push-pull tone pots.

Personally, I'd keep it easy and go for the 3-way. Adding more options might be cool at first, but you will settle on a few that you like. The Triple Shots already have a ton of options.

Series is a great idea, particularly with the pickups in rail or P-90 modes. Much more generally useful than a kill switch for most guitarists.
