3 way PRS

I'm gonna get rid of that 5 pos rotary switch on my PRS custom 22. Will I have to reverse a magnet or two in the pups to make the middle position work? I know the PRS humbuckers have one mag in each, I think, turned around to allow for those single coil combinations. Will that have an effect on 3-way switch positions? I don't want a coil tap or anything, just a standard 3-way ala Les Paul.

You shouldn't have to so long as you aren't messing with any push pull pots to split.

If you convert to the PRS 3 way schematic you won't have to touch a magnet.
