I am attempting to rewire lower and model of a es 335 type guitar I completely removed all the old electronics in replaced them with new ones I Duncan alnico pro 2 neck pick up and Duncan sh4 bridge pickup I have been using the Seymour Duncan wiring diagram: 2 humbuckers 1 volume (push pull coil splitting switch for both pickups) 2 tones ( one push pull for in phase and out of phase and one push pull master series/ parallel with a 3 way toggle I am also trying to add a blend pot to blend the neck and bidge pickups as needed I am NOT able to find a wiring diagram that shows this or if this is even possible with a 3 way toggle switch I installed a blend pot in my fender which blends the neck and bridge pick up but that has a 5 way pick up selector and I did find a wiring diagram for that I just do not remember where my main questions are am i able to wire a blend knob in this configuration with a3 way toggle switch or is there any other function I could do with that pot considering that there will be in open whole in the guitar there my other question would be considering the amount of wiring that goes into this setup and the limited amount of space I have to work with and the difficulty of working through just in F whole as in this type of guitar is it recommended or frowned upon to run tails from your pick ups and from your pots and make a solder connection with the wires almost like a wire not connection like an electrician would do any tips recommendations or any kind of help would be greatly appreciated I have a few pictures if anybody would like to see my progress so far
