Those particular examples are fugly as hell. But there are definitely some cool possibilities using that technology.

The moving gears in the tele are so cool! Next step is 3D printed necks & fretboards.

hell we already made on outta card board and honestly with the way truss rods an what not it shouldnt be to terribly difficult

Pretty cool! I kinda like the Spider one.. Amazing where technology it going! My only concern is lack of body mass might also greatly reduce tone and especially sustain...

Of course in the Spider description, they say a Les Paul inspired guitar... oops.

Try listening to the clip. That should give you some idea how it performs.

Ill try to check it from home.. all I see in your thread here at work is a white box and youtube and fun stuff is blocked here. waiting for them to close my Duncan access down..
