4ohm head into 8ohm cab?

I have a Marshall Valvestate 8100 head. It runs at 4ohms. I want to grab a new cab that runs in 16ohms Mono and 8ohms stereo. The VS 8100 has 2 outputs.

Would it be safe to run both outputs into the 400W cab with the two 4ohms outputs on the Marshall?

You have to be kidding me. All these guitar nuts here and nobody can give me some answers?

I should be safe running a 4 Ohm head into an 8 Ohm cab right? If it was an 8 Ohm head running into a 4 Ohm cab then I'd be in trouble?

Thanks man. You'll have to excuse my newbie-ness. I never really even cared about this stuff in the past, but now I'm playing seriously and I want to make sure I'm setting all my gear up properly.
