5-Way Wiring Tele Humbucker Neck

I just got a Seymour 'Jazz' SH2 for the neck of my Tele. Love it. I really is as advertised---nice clear attack. The middle position is also improved (fatter).

I have a few wiring questions I'm ganging together because, frankly, the wiring cable on the SH2 is pretty darned short and the individual wires are pretty delicate. So any wiring changes I wanna make? I better get right the first time! (I doubt these would take a bunch of soldering experimentation.)

1. Unfortunately, the volume difference between the SH2 and the stock bridge is pretty dramatic. I guess I can replace the bridge pup as well, but how does one 'match' them for volume? I understand that DC resistance is not a reliable predictor.

2. I was thinking about a 5-way switch. I've got a 24 pole 'superswitch' as well as a std strat 5-way I can try. I've seen numerous wiring diagrams using the superswitch (like @ DefEddies) but none show a 4-wire humbucker. What I'd like is something like this...
1. Neck SH2 (std)
2. Neck SH2 (parallel)
3. Neck SH2 (parallel) & Bridge (pups in parallel)
4. ????? Neck SH2 (parallel or series?) & Bridge (pups in series or parallel?)
5. Bridge

(Actually for position 4. I was hoping to do an out of phase, but I was told that is impossible without another DPDT switch of some kind.

Anyone got a wiring diagram for this sort of thing?

TIA,

---JC

Bad news on the 24-contact Superswitch. It will not fit in the controls cavity without modification. Either wood has to be removed (a la Jerry Donahue sig Tele) or you need one of those control plates with the switch slot made on an angle.

Not sure about the cavity. It will be tight, for sure, but if not? My handy Dremel tool is always on call.

What I really am concerned about is the wiring diagram. Any suggestions on that?

Thanks,
