is the same that you do on a les paul type guitar?

i've done on mine..but the sound is slightly different..
before i've had the tone pot only on bridge pick up...with normal wiring
now the sound have more mids..also on the bridge..but seems to lost a bit of treble when i roll off the volume..a thing that i didn't have without the tone pot..and on my humbucker guitar is the opposite..with 50's wiring you loss less treble than modern wiring or no tone pot when you roll off the volume.

Any idea?

are my ears working bad?

I wired my Strat with a master tone 50's style, works great (less treble loss when you roll off the volume).

My third pot controls a hum canceling coil.

There's a thread in the vault. Look it up. It's tricky, but easy.
