I just noticed they're discounted to $250 on Musician's Friend right now. That's about $30 more than a regular Seth set, but they do look cool in a LP. I bought an AII set, and they made my honeyflame LP Prem Plus come alive. They're just a tiny bit hotter than a regular Seth set, from what I can hear. It's definitely straight up authentic PAF tone! At $250, they'll go quick, so if you want them, you'd better not wait.
As for vibe....don't forget that Seymour was the guy who befriended Mr. Lover and actually gave him his due, unlike Gibson. These are the pickups that define that relationship, plus they sound beautiful.

The covers on yours look different than mine. Mine are engraved with 50th Anniversary 1955-2005. The pics on the MF site are different too......they don't say 1955-2005.
They may have done a few different variations on the engraving.
