5150 Pre and power tubes QUESTION

Unholy SD friends.
how are yah!?
i just opened my 5150 today to check where the tubes were made in..
So...
the they are FIVE 12AX7EH ELECTRO HARMONICS. it has a number on it .. 00 12. don´t knwo what that means. maybe the date!? and they are made in russia.all of them.
and FOUR 6L6WXT SOVTEK. made in russia too. numbers are 01 07.

what kind of infos do you have for me guys!?

I would say don't mess with your tubes unless your amp stops working, or you're hearing weird sounds/microphonics.

Another friend of mine owns the 5150 combo and he just had his retubed completely with EH tubes. Sounds really good, so I think you're safe with the EH in the preamp. As for Sovtek, some people say they sound harsh, and you might be holding back your amp's capabilities with those power tubes. My Peavey Triple X came stock with Ruby tubes, though Peavey used to use Sovtek.

but i heard good things about the elctro harmonics.
maybe jjs on the power.
but i´ll not change it now.
i´m just curious.

JJ on the power, for sure, but keep the EH pre's.

The numbers don't really mean much - an EH12AX7 is an EH12AX7 - they don't have 'hardness' levels like GT or Mesa.

december 2000 = 00 12
