59/Custom Hybrid - Sentient combo

Sentient neck, 59/Custom hybrid bridge.
I haven't seen anyone suggesting this combo, but from the descriptions of the pickups it would seem that they'd be an amazing combo.

Is there something I'm missing that would make this not work amazingly?

They LOOK different, that's why nobody puts one and one together. Plus, they're marketed to two completely different user bases.

Not that it matters, but the Sentient is not a hybrid, and seems that the crew using a hybrid bridge p'up would pretty much like a hybrid on the neck to "pair-up".

Kojak is right...different markets and different looks, but they would sound amazing together. To me, this would be the 'real' hot rodded set (for tones that I actually like).

I can't see why pairing those two together wouldn't be an amazing combo. If you decide to let us know how they sound together

I'm pretty sure the sentient is a 59/jazz hybrid neck, but it's sold as a modern pickup rather than a hybrid.

I personally like a 59b/jazz bridge hybrid in the neck of 24 fret guitars, it's more of a sentient plus. I want to try a pearly plus or wlh bridge coil next with a jazz in a hybrid.

It is not. Both bobbins are wound with poly wire, like the one used with Jazz p'ups, when the '59 bobbins are wound with PE wire.

I'm not sure what the sentient is made of but I'm certainly loving mine
