59 in strat bridge.

remember when i posted that i had 2 pickups a 59, and a super distortion and i was wondering whether or not i should put one in my strat bridge position. so today i went and bought a HSS pickguard and put in my 59 in the strat.

it sounds great!!
nice and vintage sound and just sounds nice, i forgot how good the 59 sounds in the bridge.

something cool happened when i put it in though, if i go to the 4th position it has this really cool wah type sound.... it really sounds like a wah somewhere in the middle.

i'll make a clip soon, it sounds cool. :dance:

If it has the nasal honk in the bridge/middle position, put the black/silver to ground and the green to hot. It'll fix that position, but may not necessarily make it hum cancelling.
You'll just have a normal tone there.
