ok, so for pickups I think I'm going with the Duncan custom 5 bridge and the '59 neck. This will be going in my warmoth build.

for the '59 neck it gives you the option of "'59 model neck" or "'59 model neck, 4 conductor" there is a $10 difference in price.

what is the difference?

any help is appreciated :D

Re: 59' neck differences?

the 4-conductor means they're be a total of 5 wires coming from the pickup instead of the normal 2 like in the "59 model neck." You'll use 4-conductor if you want to do things like coil splitting (turning humbucker into a single coil), parallel/series wiring, or out-of-phase (too much to explain right here). Basically is you're going to use push/pull pots and do some different wiring to get different array of sounds, you'll want a 4-conductor. This allows for lots of versatility in many ways. If you just want wiring like you guitar is stock, theny ou can just go with the "normal."
