59 with 250K pots?

I gutted my tele a little while back and did all kinds of odd things to it (description in my signature below) I like the JB in the bridge running through the 250K pots, but I've been wanting to try a 59 down there. Would it work well through 250K pots like the JB, or is this something I should avoid? I realize this will soften it up a bit, but I think it would be worth a shot.

IT will be fine. It will smooth out the 59 a bit which isn't a bad thing
