I have a MIM Fender Jazz bass that has the stock Pickups in it. I ordered a pair of Seymour Duncans quarter pounders to replace the stock ones with. Will there be a noticeable difference between the two? Also, do you have to put the covers on over the SD's or can you leave them off? What are the pros adn cons to either way. Thanks
