For the record: hearsay is NOT fact. It's even an accepted ground for objection in a court of law.
Edit: having a small business and specializing in p'ups I get all kinds of Internet nonsense parroting all the time. The one I've never ever got in over thirteen years of activity is the one about the Super 70s. That's why I don't think they're SO sought after after all...

Hey, no problem, I fully admit to being the d*ck here. No, Super 70's are prettty sought after..nothing like the way T-Tops have became though ..yeah, I was keen on those MM45's. I still have one. Did you know people say that a Super70 was the responsible pickup for half of Van Halen 1?

If the specs are somewhere near what I've seen on the WWW, I find hard to believe the neck p'up being something to write home about.
It's my opinion based on hearsay, so it's basically worthless. :cool2:
