A little wiring help?

Hey everyone, I just put in a '59 in the bridge and an Alnico II pro single coil in the neck, I have a single 5-way switch, one volume and one tone. I have a diagram and was hoping someone could connect the dots for the best combinations. Each switch picture shows the switch continuity in each position (i.e. pin 1 is the same on every switch). I know I put this in the other section of the boards also, sorry if that's a no no. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I assume you have a 4 conductor version of the 59, right?

yep, it's got the green, black, red and white.
