A pair of my guitars

Hey guys, I have been playing on my Duncans for a few months now, came from EMGs. I am a big Metallica fan and always used EMGs in my guitars. The tone of the SDs though just kills them. So I put them in my Jackson first, a full shred and a jazz, and I added 2 3-way on-on-on switches (one for each pickup) which allows for parallel/coil-tap/series. I really like the tones this guitar gives from my Marshall.

So I pulled my EMG81/85 out of my LTD M2 bought a Screamin' Demon and a hot rail to throw in my LTD M2. I have not received my pots yet, but I am going to have 1 vol, 1 tone, both push/pull pots for coil-taps, and a single toggle (on-on) for phase reversal.

I also took the EMG 81/60 out of my Epi Les Paul Custom and threw in a JB in the bridge, and a '59 in the neck. Still waiting on the pots, but I am going with the Jimmy Page wiring on this one, I custom ordered the 59 so it came with a 4 conductor cable, and the logo on the face of the pickup.

Also Pictured are my 94 jackson rhoads. with EMG81tw and EMG89r and my old ex-50 with dual emg-81s. My 67 V has the stock pickups, I had EMG fever and had 81's in that for awhile, but have found the stocks sound much better.

Feel free to comment.

In a Squier strat I have at work, I put in a Little JB in the bridge, a duckbucker in the middle, and a little 59 in the neck, man what a difference!!! ha, I didn't think there was much I could do to help that guitar, but through my AVT20 Marshall 10"er I have at work, it sounds good. I tried a custom custom in the bridge of my strat and pulled it because it was a little too bright for my likings.

Nice axes! I look forward to hearing how you like the other duncans! Do to the amount of sudden swap projects you have going, looks like the you are really jazzed with the difference..
I have one axe with an EMG set (ZW in a LP) and when I play it, I dig it, but I cant help but feel it would sound better with a passive set in it
