Spell check won't find it because "allusive" is a real word (and you spelled it right), from the root word 'allude', which means to make casual reference to or hint at something. "Elusive" means hard to capture.

But don't feel so bad, at least you didn't say "prolly".

Man, you're killing me :laugh2:

BTW, that's the basis of the now-annual SDUGF pickup.
We have a whole year to think of an actual hole in the pickup line, get together and think up the way to fix it and then when the time comes we can't think up of a simple thing and thus try to think of the whackiest specs we can come up with...

Re: A Quote for your consideration....

Put those commas and periods inside your double-quotes!

I never did understand why they try to make a punctuation mark part of the quote when it ISN'T part of the quote. So I refuse! You gotta problem widdat, paisan?

+1

If it's a rule I'm rebellious. My inclination is to, as Frank Sinatra sang, "do it my way".

Re: A Quote for your consideration....

Anyone know of a competent or even incompentent Proctologist ?

You misspelled "incompetent," there's no need to capitalize "Proctologist" in your sentence, and you added a space before the question mark. I find the misspelling particularly ironic.

Re: A Quote for your consideration....

Maybe he meant 'incompenitent', as in, refuses to repent in the presence of others?

I'm just sayin'...

Excuse me, I meant: I'm just sayin.......'

Re: A Quote for your consideration....

We are all looking for something but it might be different from person to person.
