Well, about six years ago now I ordered a Warmoth LP with a Wilkinson two point trem rout... In September of 2007 I ordered a Wenge 59 roundback neck with a ziricote fretboard. It also had the old gold colored fret wire from Warmoth (they have since switched materials). Back when I recorded this clip I was playing the whole song on a MIM Strat body through a SSL-1 Vintage Staggered neck single coil. The tone, I loved... but my main guitar at the time was a Gibson Les Paul Studio. I eventually ordered a chambered Warmoth Black Korina LP featuring a Wilkinson two point trem to pair with the wenge/ziricote neck. However, before I played on this sweet gem I recorded this song with my MIM strat paired with the wenge/ziricote neck. I now use a SD jazz neck and bridge setup but this is an old recording... check it out! I am about to record again but this is a 7 year old recording.
