A2 Pro HB Bridge Comments? Compared to??

Stevo

Tonus Maximus Pacificas
This is one of the few SD "bridge" humbuckers pickups that I have not owned.. yet :D Can someone compare it to another SD pickup, specifically to another A2 pickup? I am very familiar with the PG, Seth Lover, CC, A2 JB.

Is it somewhere between the Seth Lover and the CC??

Thanks :)

It's a very balanced, smooth pickup. It doesn't have as much growl as a Seth or a PG. It's kind of it's own thing. Best I can describe it is "balanced". It's nice, but it doesn't have enough output or cut for me.

You're welcome. :) Hopefully someone else will chime in. I tried it in LP, I've yet to try it in a Strat or Tele.

Unique!!!! Very bluesy. Listen to guns and roses and listen to Slash. That is the only pickup he plays.

Closer to the Seth overall, but with the creaminess of the CC. I'm interested to try the Seth bridge actually. However, the APH set in my hardtail is the best set of pups I own for overall playability.

I have a nickeL Seth bridge in my Hamer If you ever want to try it we can make the swap I was thinking of trying My CC in the bridge of My Artist for a while.

:burnout:

A2P has slightly less mids than the SL , it has a tone that sometimes remind me the position 2 on a strat (bridge & mid together) .
It's really great for blues & rock tones, also very sweet with clean tones "alla blackface".
