Acceptable wiring? Take a look

Is this acceptable wiring for a shop to install a pair of P90 Antiquities into an Epi Casino Coupe? I removed the strings, knobs, pick guard, bridge ,and tailpiece before I took it to them so it could go quicker. I wanted a lowest labor price and ASAP. The tech said He was very backed up with other repairs and was going out of town in three days for three weeks. They quoted me $35 labor, I already and we talked about wiring them to the volume pots . We also talked about a quicker cheaper alternative way for $20 of just cutting the wires and splicing them in. So they called the next day and said it was ready for $25. They had pushed my job ahead of others .They informed me they had simply cut them in rather than pull the pots. I think it doesn’t matter unless there is something bad about the splice in method.

It looks like a decent job. Hollow bodies can be a pain to wire. I would rather replace the entire harness.

Done that a lot of times. Not elegant and frowned upon but much faster.

These Antiquities are tone heaven . Amazing clarity and presence... very satisfied. Next step, add one to the neck position of my Strat and my 😁Tele.

Happy you like them! It does take longer to wire them correctly, but Itry to set aside an hour or so to do it right (Plus, I can sell the old pickups).
