acoustic guitar pickup

Hey guys,
I'm lookin' for an acoustic guitar pickup.
Guitar: Fender Malibu Alkaline Trio
I need a pickup for live performances.
Problem is, that there are no pickupus that could fit in this soundhole so i thought about Piezo.
Problem is, that i don't want to make holes in my guitar, so any kind of preamp like Fishman with eq doesn't make it.
I heard about some endpin preamps, that are easy to mount.
I thought about an under-the-suddle-mounted pickup like Artec PG-607 or SF-607, but i couldn't find info if it's passive or active pickup etc.

Re: acoustic guitar pickup

Pic of the guitar please. Is this a high end Fender or something? I don't know this guitar.

This can't be that hard. How is it being amped? Acoustic amp? PA? what????

My question, is exactly what is the intended use? Is this some uber-tone setting or something? Or is it just an amped acoustic in an electric band. Honestly, the tone of almost ANY Acoustic is wasted there. Simple option is just mic it with a Shure 57/58. Or get a cheap one to plug in already good to go. For the cost of what you are talking about you can get a workable Ibanez, Dean, or Yamaha already set up.

What are you trying to do and why?

Unless the heart is smaller than any other sound hole on the market, pickups will fit, they just might look funny because you'll have to wedge them toward the sides of the heart. Did you measure the sound hole and check the dimensions of sound hole pickups?

Fishman's stick on the underside of the wood. You only would have to drill if you use an under saddle pickup.

End pins require drilling to enlarge the end hole.

Under saddle requires drilling for the wire to the pre amp.

I would call Fender and ask what they recommend. If you have a licensed Fender repair luthier do the work, while that modification may make it no longer under warranty, the repairer won't f-up your guitar.
