Active Humbucker questions

Hey Guys.. and gals..

What Duncan Humbuckers are lower in output than say the EMG's which are too high in output for what I want.. I love Actives for their many advantages including not getting shocked, going direct to the board, etc, etc.. and no noise, but EMG's were too high output for me.. I'll be using two humbuckers in a Gibson LP studio or similiar guitar for gigging and I want these humbuckers to go along with three single coil actives DG 20 set maybe in a Strat.. I'd like the volume change not to be great and the tone can be different.. I don't care about that, but I want the clarity and sustain of the actives too!.. I like Pinch harmonics and Zakk type riffs as well as Skynard and Thin Lizzy stuff, and all kinds of music from Metal to blues..
Thanks in advance for the advice and a URL to the pickups would be great as I'm not real familiar with Duncans Active line and it's been awhile since I've used any duncans.. Oh, in case it matters I"ll be using a Vox amp which is the immulator amp.. Can't think of the name of it, but it has like 13 different amp types and an Attenuator so I can turn down the volume but still get ton's of Power amp distortion.. and it goes direct..
Thanks
Tim

Re: Active Humbucker questions

I don't know about the Duncan actives, but a pair of EMG 89's would work great along with an SA loaded strat.

Hey DotNeckTim:

Try the LiveWire Classic humbuckers and Classic Strat pickups. I think they have what you're looking for.

I hope that helps.
