Add passive bass control G&L style to neck pickup

Hi Guys,

I've got a guitar with to SD Antiquity humbuckers, currently wired with a single master volume & master tone for both pickups. I'd like to add a passive bass control to just the neck pickup - Is this doable? If so how do I wire it up?

Thanks!
Ben

The G&L Passive Treble and Bass controls are global, working with both pickups and all switch positions. Not sure how you could do it with just the one pickup.

I love the PTB on my G&Ls, and if I had a 3-knob Explorer or Hamer, that's the way I'd wire it.

Hi I think I found it.

Looks like it's the same principle as a treble bleed but with a higher value cap. Use a .0015uf cap between the input and output lugs of a pot (Perhaps others can verify.)

So all you do is wire up your bass cut between the neck pickup and the switch, then wire your master volume and tone downstream from the switch like normal.
