Addictive Drums demo.

Re: Addictive Drums demo.

thats ur singing? really good. drums are fine. the way I like em: not alot of focus on em, but plausible enough so no one is worried whether they are done by a real drummer or not.

I dont know much about electronic drums. is it this model

I cant afford em right now but maybe a year from now...general questions I have r
can u easily program double bass during parts of a song? can you make guitar riffs first then edit the drums later, and how do you do that if u use www.reaper.fm/ - reaper multitrack audio (the $50 program)? Im kinda thinking about fruity loops since it is $50 but I cant seem to make the free demo work...http://www.flstudio.com/

That's the one.

There is only one kick so you might have to work hard at double bass drum parts, I haven't tried it but I bet you could do it.

You could do your guitar first as long as you play to a click or scratch part. Unless Reaper has midi editing you will be stuck with the midi patterns that come with AD though you can add additional midi files that you can buy on the web or find.

There is a ton of mixing options with AD and they give you a lot of presets. I bounced down the parts, kick, snare, hats, toms, overheads and room as stereo .wav files then mixed them with the track in Logic.

Yes, that is me singing glad you liked it.

Re: Addictive Drums demo.

Well it's sounds OK ,but I still think it needs lot's of tweak to fit your style.
The Bass could be little bit more boomy and a bit distortion on the bass and snare could do wonders.
