AIIpro & JB in my PRS cu24.

Ok so I got a great deal on these pickups.AIIpro and a JB.They both have gold covers,since my PRS is an artist package I thought this would look pretty cool.Anyway I am getting these pickups put in tomorrow.So my question is.How do you guys think these pickups will sound,with the covers?Should I leave the treble bleed cap in or will the cover take away some of the highs the JB has.My main amp ia Bogner Ecstasy,which sounds amazing.But now I just want to experiment with different pickups.Take care.

What's the point...you'll know yourself tommorrow. :laugh2: And that'll be way better than anyone here guessing what you're going to hear.

It'll probably sound great!

I think no covers has more prescence...but covers are fine.

I'd leave the guitar wiring stock...you can always remove the bright cap later. All you need to do is clip one of the leads and move it away from the terminal. You can leave the other lead in place if you want.
