alternative for a hagstrom swede tone filter switch?

Hi all,
I'm wondering if anybody has some suggestions for what I could do with the space a hagstrom swede (modern) tone filter switch goes. I've just completed a rewire of the old girl and it's much better with nice bourns pots and orange drop caps.

I've never used the tone filter switch. So I've got a free spot that's about the size of the cavity for a LP pickup selector switch to play with.

Can you think of any suggestions for some cheap mods? The switch that came out of it is an On Off On switch. I figure with some help I might be able to add an inductor and make it a mid boost and cut (just one setting each side). I've not seen any examples of this yet, most of them are on pots.

I'm not opposed to putting in a pot if it would fit, but it would be tight, what could that bring to the table?

Any thoughts/ideas as to what could make this guitar a little more versatile?

Thanks in advance!
Stuart

I've answered to your request on MyLesPaul : uploading the schematic was easier for me on the other forum. :-)

Cocked wah/instant tone on zero switch, like the forward position in an Esquire with the Eldred wiring. Off in the middle, one cap one way (e.g. .01 uF), and another cap the other way (e.g. 330 pF).

One of my favorite mods on a dual-HB'er axe is my coil-swap mod. All it takes is a simple DPDT on-on switch. I'll dig up the diagram shortly.

Care to let me in on the details? I'm curious! I've looked it up, but I don't know how I'd wire it up to a On off On switch? or do I need to replace it with a DPDT?

If that's the case, can I get a dpdt switch that would suit the spot where a 3 way switchcraft jack (long) would usually go?

Cheers
Stuart
