Alternatives to Xpression and G-Major

What are the alt. to Rocktron Xpression and TC G-Major or G-Force??

The basic effects that I would want to have are reverb (should be able to be on all the time), chorus and/or flanger, tremolo, pitch shifter (if possible), and weird fx (if available).

MIDI compatible and accepts CC

bump... i wanna know too.

I really wish Line 6 would come out with something similar to the G-Major and make it controllable via their Vetta boards... I'd buy one in a heartbeat.

I liked my G-Major but it took too much time to edit down patches and I'm too much of dumbass to understand how to control it with a MIDI board. If they could make something like with Line 6 ease of use and G-Major sound that would be awesome.
